System Description

• Fixed smoke curtains offer cost savings where an automatic smoke curtain is not necessary

• Height dependent on expected wind pressure

• Secured to the ceiling structure, with a weighted bottom bar and can also be attached laterally as needed

• May be used for temperature load up to 1920° F

• Unlimited width capability

• Minimal static load to the building structure, fabric weight between .88 and 1.54 lbs. per square foot

• Systems which pass through the fixed barrier (i.e. pipes, ventilation lines, ducts, cable trays) may be easily sealed
