Here’s the thing–we’re intensely passionate about smoke containment, about life safety, and about our work here at Smoke Guard. Many of us have been doing it for over ten years. We know, though, that to do the work we do, the development, the design, the production, and to bring you the most comprehensive and successful product, we need to nourish our out-of-office fascinations as well. It’s more than the lunch-time barbeques we regularly hold on the patio, more than “Jared the Jam Man,” our manufacturing team member, bringing in homemade wild blackberry jam every year to share with the staff. More than the casual “Dude” our customer service bulldog Luke greets you with.
We’re the type of people who excite when long sleeves turn to short, or vice versa. We love the changing of the seasons because it means a new set of outdoor activity awaits us. We’re the people with an 8 a.m. tee-time, the wader-clad people casting in to the stream at sunrise, the people mountain biking at sunset. We’re the skiing, tattoo-collecting, barbershop-quartet-singing type of people. It’s the Peace Corps experience, the motorcycling, the after hours DJ-ing that keeps our staff so varied and so on form.

You need to know that when you call our office, you can expect a happy person to answer. We love what we do here, and when we’re not hiking, jet-skiing, or enjoying the great outdoors in some sort of capacity, we are working on protecting the world one install at a time.
